Report An Untreated Storm Drains

While the MAC team is conducting their rounds throughout the city they will be traveling from storm drain to storm drain marking them with a colored dot to show that they have been inspected. Although our highly trained and experienced team does a great job covering the city, there are times when a drain could be overlooked.

Please fill out the form below to report a storm drain that you believe has been missed. Once we receive your request we will review our data, confirm that we have or have not inspected the reported drain, and schedule our team to go out for an inspection.
